New for 2013 - we are delighted to announce the opening of Peregrine House. Peregrine House is situated within the grounds of St Audries Park, surrounded by its own tranquil gardens and accessed by its own private drive. The house is offered to you exclusively for the night before your big day. Peregrine House ideal for winter weddings with comfy sofas and a roaring log fire and perfect for summer weddings with outdoor seating within a mature garden. The house itself sleeps seven guests (usually the groom and his party).

Peregrine House can be used to host dinner for up to 30 guests the night before your wedding day as part of a Two Night Stay.

St Audries Park offers you twenty two sumptuous bedrooms including a Bridal Suite complete with four poster bed and spa bath. All bedrooms are exclusively reserved for you and your guests on your wedding night. An early check-in is guaranteed so that your chosen friends and family can arrive from Midday to get ready in good time. We can even arrange for sandwiches and drinks to be served in the bedrooms whilst your guests are getting ready ensuring that they stay refreshed until after your wedding ceremony! All of our bathrooms are equipped with fluffy white towels and gorgeous White Company products and all of our beds are luxuriously finished with the finest Egyptian cotton bed linen and comfortable pillows. A full English breakfast is served the following morning, providing the perfect end to your stay at St Audries Park.

If you need further accommodation either before or after your wedding, we can also guarantee you the use of the nine bedrooms at the nearby Old Rectory, meaning that a total of 66 guests can stay within easy walking distance on your wedding night.

You might even decide to arrange for a beautician from our recommended list to meet you at the cottage the night before or the following morning for some pampering in preparation for your big day! St Audries Park is used exclusively for weddings and we work closely with local florists who supply quality silk flowers in keeping with the venue and the occasion. Pedestals and various other arrangements throughout the house, made up of neutral creams and greens mean that you do not need to spend a fortune on wedding flowers.

People often assume that old buildings are very environmentally unfriendly but that really doesn’t have to be the case. We have been working with environmental consultants and the Carbon Trust and have been able to make many small but significant changes to our venues- heating the houses with efficient boilers, thermostats on hot water tanks, heaters and lights on time clocks, energy efficient light bulbs, pipe and loft insulation and of course we recycle all glass, cans, paper and plastic. These are things our Brides and Grooms would never notice but they make a big difference to our carbon output.

All our tea and coffee products carry the Fairtrade label ensuring that disadvantaged producers in developing countries are getting a better deal. We also offer an excellent selection of wines to compliment your menu, including a Fairtrade and Organic selection.

We are responsible and ethical when purchasing products. Our chefs aim to use only free range Chicken, Turkey, pork and eggs. Our Gressingham Ducks come from Maple Tree Farm in Suffolk and our beef and Lamb are British. We ensure that wherever possible we only purchase Fish from sustainable Fisheries which follow strictly eco-friendly practices and do not source their Fish from controversial origins.

We grow our own seasonal vegetables and herbs which our Head Chef uses to supplement your freshly prepared wedding breakfast.

St Audries Park offers a choice of two beautiful settings for a Civil wedding ceremony. The elegant Georgian Orangery, which stands adjacent to the Main House, provides a unique setting for your marriage whereas the stunning Drawing Room, situated in the Main House itself, provides a more formal location – look for the star burst of Angels who witness the ceremony! Alternatively, there is a Church at the end of the drive for a more traditional ceremony or blessing.
